Responsibilities

• Learn food service routines and set up meal trays.
• Strip returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Assist with serving meals and checking dishwashing conditions.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Sweep and mop kitchen and maintain clean work surfaces.
• Carry out trash removal and store groceries safely.
• Support orientation and ongoing training of dietary staff.
• Work cooperatively with personnel in all departments.
