Hiring: 12pm-8pm, Full-time

Dietary Aide Job Duties

• Review menus prior to food preparation.
• Inspect special diet trays for accuracy.
• Complete administrative tasks such as forms and reports, submitting them to the Director of Food Services.
• Coordinate dietary services with other departments as needed.
• Work with the facility's Dietician, Dietetic Technician, and Supervisors, implementing recommended changes.
• Ensure dietary procedures follow established policies.
• Assist in establishing food service production lines to ensure timely meal preparation.
• Process diet changes and new diets from Nursing Services, approved by the Director of Food Service.
• Perform dishwashing and cleaning procedures, ensuring utensils are available for the next meal.
• Assist in inventorying and storing incoming food and supplies.
