Job summary

Franklin Restorative Care Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation, portioning, and serving residents in a caring, resident-focused dining environment.

You will help maintain clean, safe dining and kitchen areas, follow menus and dietary guidelines, and support cooks and dietary managers in daily operations while delivering friendly, respectful service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred (healthcare setting is a plus, but not required).
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, safety, and quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude.
