Support Nutrition and Resident Care

We are seeking a dedicated and reliableDietary Aide to join our growing team! Success in this role requires trustworthiness, consistency in attendance, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. A cooperative and professional demeanor is essential to collaborate with others and meet the demands of this position.

Your Impact as a Dietary Aide

In this role, you will:

  • Assist with Meal Service: Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to the appropriate nursing or dining areas.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Dispose of refuse according to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Manage Supplies: Assemble and deliver floor supplies according to posted standards and ensure proper rotation of food and supplies (first in, first out).
  • Prepare Foods: Prepare all foods according to the menu and standardized recipes in a safe, efficient, and sanitary manner.
  • Serve Meals: Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods as indicated on spreadsheets and recipes.
  • Sanitize Equipment: Wash, sanitize, and store all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly.
