Waynesboro Post Acute and Rehabilitation in Waynesboro, TN is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide to join our fast-paced skilled nursing facility team. You will assist with meal service, tray setup, and ensuring residents receive nutritious, well-presented meals in a clean, welcoming environment.

You will follow dietary restrictions, maintain sanitation standards, and support our dietary staff to deliver high-quality service and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and tray setup
• Deliver meals and beverages to residents in a timely manner

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Stock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
• Work closely with dietary staff to ensure quality service and resident satisfaction
• Follow all health, safety, and infection control guidelines
