Job summary

Southwest-Lt is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in meal preparation and serving to residents, while ensuring adherence to dietary guidelines and safety standards.

You will help deliver meals, maintain sanitation, and support the dietary team in a clean, organized environment. Physical tasks include standing for long periods and lifting 25–50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Experience in dietary services, food service, or healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and infection control practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meal preparation and serving per approved menus.
