Job summary

Lorien Taneytown, part of Lorien Health Services, is hiring Dietary Aides to support food service operations in our assisted living and memory care community. You will assist with meal preparation and service, helping ensure residents receive nutritious, well-portioned meals with warmth and courtesy.

• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and food service for residents
• Serve meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and portion controls
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining, and service areas
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as assigned
• Follow food safety, infection control, and sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with dietary and nursing staff to meet resident needs
• Provide friendly, courteous service to residents and guests
• Assist with other dietary duties as needed to support daily operations

Pay Rate

$15.00- $15.50/hour

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Assist with meal preparation and food service for residents
• Serve meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and portion controls

• Schedule: 5:45a-2:15p
