Job summary

Arcadia Care in Illinois is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to support all food functions from 4pm to 7:30pm. You will review, prepare and serve meals according to planned menus and dietary orders, while following sanitary regulations.

Job Summary

The Dietary Aide is responsible for aiding all food functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures.

Essential Duties

• Review, prepare & serve meals in accordance with planned menus with standardized recipes & special diet orders. Also ensure food, etc., is prepared in accordance with sanitary regulations.
• Ensure that the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
• Prepare & deliver snacks, etc., as instructed.
