Job summary

Arcadia Care in Streator, IL is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide for 4pm - 7:30pm. You will assist with meal preparation, serving and adherence to menus, recipes and dietary orders, while upholding sanitary standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean kitchen and dining area, delivering snacks, and supporting residents with meals in a respectful, patient manner. Flexible hours and a supportive team are offered.

Job Summary

The Dietary Aide is responsible for aiding all food functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures.

Essential Duties

• Review, prepare & serve meals in accordance with planned menus with standardized recipes & special diet orders. Also ensure food, etc., is prepared in accordance with sanitary regulations.
• Ensure that the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
• Prepare & deliver snacks, etc., as instructed.
