Dietary/Kitchen Aide

Job Summary:

The Dietary/Kitchen Aide is responsible for assisting with food functions as directed and in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Essential Duties:

1. Review, prepare, and serve meals according to planned menus, standardized recipes, and special diet orders. Ensure the kitchen, food, and facility are maintained in accordance with sanitary regulations.
2. Maintain the department in a clean and safe condition.
3. Prepare and deliver snacks as instructed.
4. Assist in meal preparation, cooking, and clean-up of meals and prep areas.
