Description

The Bungalows at Springfield East is seeking Dietary Aides to join their team!
Open availability and weekends required.
Schedule: Mon-Fri; every other weekend required.

Purpose

The Dietary Aide is responsible for food preparation, plating dishes, dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

• Follow all local, state, and federal policies regarding food handling.
• Maintain standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Prepare all special dietary needs as directed.
• Adhere to posted menus and prepare food items using approved Phoenix standardized recipes in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education/Experience/Licensure- Certification

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living preferred.
