BROOKHAVEN NURSING & REHAB in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a dietary aide to join our team. You will assist with meal preparation, serving meals, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards in a resident-focused setting.

The role requires compassionate patient care, effective communication with residents and staff, and attention to details in following dietary guidelines and recipes. This position supports dining area setup and general kitchen tasks daily.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with residents and family members.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members and team members.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions for meal orders, nutritional needs and recipes to ensure residents and patients receive appropriate food.
• Physical stamina to assist in food preparation and serving meals, and cleaning up after meals.

Responsibilities
