$18.00 - $19.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Full-time or Part-Time

JOB SUMMARY:

The Dietary Aide position ensures the sanitary conditions of the cooking and dining areas. This position helps assemble meal trays and assists in the preparation and serving of meals to residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take down dining areas and collect plates, glasses, etc.
• Assist the Cook in preparing meals
• Deliver meals to resident rooms or tables and set up meal trays according to dietary orders and tray cards
• Clean utensils, dishes, pots, and pans using the dishwasher or proper handwashing processes
• Partner with dietary staff to ensure equipment is functioning properly and at the appropriate temperature
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed

Food Handlers permit required by the State upon hire
