Luxor at Mills Pond Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team. If you are dependable, caring, and enjoy working in a team environment, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of our residents.
Responsibilities
Assist with meal preparation, plating, and serving.
Deliver meals and beverages to residents according to dietary requirements.
Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals.
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining environment.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures.
Assist with stocking and organizing food and dietary supplies.
Communicate resident concerns or special requests to the appropriate dietary or nursing staff.
Provide friendly and respectful service to residents.
Qualifications
Previous dietary, food service, restaurant, or healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compassionate and respectful approach when working with residents.
