A Dietary Aide is an essential member of the healthcare and nutrition team, responsible for preparing, serving, and managing meals for patients and residents in settings rehabilitation centers
Meal Preparation & Serving: Prepare and serve meals according to specified dietary requirements, including special diets (e.g., diabetic, low-sodium, high-protein)
Dining Area Support: Assist in setting up and cleaning dining areas to maintain a safe, sanitary environment
Food Safety & Storage: Ensure proper food storage, handling, and sanitation to meet health regulations
Inventory Management: Stock pantry items, manage food supplies, and assist in ordering when needed
