Job summary

Avantara Redfield is seeking a Dietary Aide for the evening shift (2pm–9pm) to support residents with meals and ensure their dietary needs are met. You will help residents with meals, monitor safety by recording temperatures, and keep kitchen and dietary equipment clean and sanitized.

Minimum requirement is 10th grade education; prior Skilled Nursing foodservice experience is preferred, and Avantara Redfield is an equal opportunity employer.

As a Dietary Aide you will assist residents with one of their favorite parts of the day! Your work ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Redfield by ensuring residents receive the appropriate items for each meal in accordance to their dietary needs, ensuring the safety of food and equipment by recording temperatures, and ensuring the kitchen and dietary equipment is clean and sanitized. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a tenth (10th) grade education. Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
