What You'll Do:

  • Assist with meal prep and meal service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Set up and strip meal trays, operate the dishwasher, and keep kitchen areas clean and sanitary
  • Prepare snacks and nourishment items
  • Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of all food service areas
  • Record dishwashing temperatures and ensure food safety standards are met
  • Store groceries safely and help maintain organized pantry and refrigerator areas
  • Support the cook and dietary supervisor as needed
  • Work in harmony with nursing and support staff to create a warm and welcoming dining experience

Who You Are:
  • You're a team player with a strong work ethic and a heart for service
  • You have a high school diploma (or equivalent)
  • You can lift up to 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of a fast-paced kitchen
  • You can read and follow basic recipes and food prep instructions
  • You either have or are willing to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate
  • You're excited to learn and grow in a supportive, resident-centered environment
