Piedmont Post Acute in Piedmont, SC is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide to join our 88-bed facility. You will assist in meal preparation, service, and kitchen operations to ensure a positive dining experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or food service preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler's Certification.

Responsibilities

• Set up and distribute meal trays according to dietary guidelines.
• Assist with serving meals and beverages to residents.
• Clear trays and operate the dishwasher.
• Monitor dishwasher temperature and sanitation levels.
• Prepare snacks and nourishments.
• Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen and dining areas.
• Store food and supplies in a safe and organized manner.
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist dietary team as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Position Summary
