The Medical Resort at Bay Area is currently searching for a talented Dietary Aide to join our team! We have a split shift position available.

The primary purpose of the Dietary Aide is to assist in all dietary functions according to established policies and procedures, aligning with Eduro Healthcare Values of wellness, compassion, customer experience, and company results.

Dietary Aide Responsibilities:

• Follow safety precautions, life safety, and infection control policies during daily tasks.
• Prepare food as assigned, assist cooks, and handle food and storage properly. Familiarize with diets and menus.
• Serve meals, clear the dining area, and wipe tables.
• Wash dishes, clean work areas, and maintain sanitation.
• Ensure tray preparation follows menus and residents' preferences.
• Prepare and distribute snacks to nursing staff as needed.
• Stock and manage supplies in storerooms.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas, including floors, appliances, and walls.

Dietary Aide Requirements:

• Complete orientation as per company policy.
• Pass health screening, TB test, and drug test within specified timeframes.
• Have a clean criminal background.
• Comply with all relevant regulations.
• Provide proof of identity and employment eligibility within three days of hire.
• Possess a current Food Handler’s Permit.
• Minimum one year of experience as a Dietary Aide or similar role.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is a plus.
