Live Well Healthcare Solutions is hiring a Dietary Aide for The Residence at Park Ridge, a nursing facility. You will follow diet orders, prepare and serve meals, and maintain clean, safe dining areas in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role requires compassion for residents, ability to handle interruptions, and a flexible schedule including every other weekend. Benefits include PTO and insurance for full-time employees.

• Ability to perform routine tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Patient, tolerant and compassionate attitude towards residents and team members.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend.

Responsabilités

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments accurately.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with care and attention to hygiene.
• Operate dietary equipment and maintain clean, sanitized work areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Work comfortably around cleaning agents and routine sanitation chemicals.
