Job summary

Orchard Villa in Oregon, Ohio is hiring Dietary Aides to help enrich residents’ lives through compassionate care and quality dining experiences. No experience? We provide training for those eager to learn and grow in healthcare.

You’ll assist with meal prep, plating, and clean-up, ensure meals meet residents’ needs, and maintain cleanliness and safety in kitchen and dining areas, while collaborating with dietary and healthcare teams to support resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• A caring attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in food service is a plus—but not required!
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
