CareOne is seeking a Dietary Aide in Newton, MA. This role supports all dietary functions under the Nutrition Service Director, with part-time and per diem shifts. Prior long-term care experience is preferred, but reliable candidates can be trained.

Flexibility across shifts and weekend availability are valued attributes. The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to policies, and commitment to providing quality dietary services within the facility.

Dietary Aide - Newton, MA

Shifts available: Part Time & Per Diem

Min $16.25/hr - Max $19.25/hr

Compensation will be based on, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, and work schedule

The Dietary Aide is responsible for providing assistance in all dietary functions as directed by the Nutrition Service Director in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Position Requirements

• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred; however, we are willing to train reliable candidates.
• Flexibility to work all shifts and the right attitude are the most important aspects for success in this position.
