Job summary

Waterview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (1) is seeking dedicated dietary aides to join our skilled nursing and rehab team in New York. Fulltime and partime positions are available to support residents and patients with meals, snacks and nutrition services.

Aides work with Dietary Managers and Chefs to prepare meals, maintain food safety, manage inventories, assist with menu planning, and help with dining areas and kitchen cleaning. Prioritize hygiene and follow state regulations.

Waterview Nursing Care Center is a dynamic skilled nursing and rehab center. We are currently looking for Fulltime and partime dietary aides .

Our Dietary aides works alongside our Dietary Managers and Chefs to help prepare food for residents and patients. They often have the following responsibilities:

• Preparing meals, snacks and beverages following specific procedures
• Serving meals, ensuring food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times
• Taking inventory of kitchen supplies and food items
• Staying current on the individual procedures and protocols for their facilities, including state-specified rules and regulations
