Job summary

Regal Heights Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Dietary Aide for our skilled nursing facility. The position is full-time, with an hourly wage offered between $21 and $24 per hour.

Work is in person at the nursing facility, with duties centered on serving meals and maintaining dining room operations. You will attend menu meetings, follow seating rosters, and ensure nutritional needs are met through proper meal service and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Attend menu reading meetings
• Follow seating roster to serve meals in the dining room
• Serve food choices, alternates and diet consistencies to meet nutritional needs
• Set-up dining room tables and trays with attention to adaptive aids as ordered
• Follow sanitary standards
• Clean tables and chairs, sends soiled cart to dishwasher
• Reset tables for next meal
• Perform other duties as assigned
