The Residence at North Ridge in New Hope, MN is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our healthcare team. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with a focus on compassionate resident care.

No prior experience is required; a willingness to learn is valued. You will work with a dynamic team, support meal service, and help ensure residents’ nutritional needs are met. Training is provided, and teamwork is emphasized.

• Demonstrated ability to anticipate resident needs.
