Job summary

Langdon Place of Nashua, part of 603 Healthcare, is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meal service, dining-room operations, food preparation, sanitation, and safe handling of food and equipment for our residents. This hands-on role emphasizes dependable service and positive resident interactions.

Full-time shifts are Tue/Wed/Thu 6AM-2PM and Sat 7AM-2PM; Part-time is Mon/Thu 3PM-7:30PM and every other weekend 1PM-7:30PM.

Qualifications

• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Positive, dependable approach to residents and coworkers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Food-service or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident meal and snack service.
• Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining areas.
• Check trays for accuracy before delivery.
• Help ensure meals are served on time and at appropriate temperatures.
• Deliver and remove trays and food carts.
• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and food-service equipment.
• Clean work areas, floors, refrigerators, freezers, and food-storage areas.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and maintaining food and supplies.
• Follow sanitation, infection-control, emergency, and safety procedures.

Available Shift(s):

Full-time: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 6AM -2PM and Saturday 7AM -2PM

Part-time: Monday, Thursday 3PM -7:30PM & every other weekend 1PM -7:30PM

Compensation:

$18.00 - $22.00, based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options

Position Status: Non-Exempt
