Position Details:
- Full-Time Dietary Aide: $1,000 Sign-on & Retention Bonus
- Part-Time Dietary Aide: $500 Sign-on & Retention Bonus
Responsibilities include:
- Safe and sanitary handling of food, dishes, and equipment
- Preparing resident trays according to instructions
- Assisting in stocking food storage areas and refrigerators
- Delivering food, nourishments, and supplies
- Contributing to a respectful, team-oriented environment
- Participating in quality improvement activities (QAPI)
- Maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive Protected Health Information (HIPAA)
- Demonstrating organizational and critical thinking skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and make decisions
- Creating a resident-centered environment
- Reacting decisively and quickly in emergency situations
