Position Details:

• Full-Time Dietary Aide: $1,000 Sign-on & Retention Bonus
• Part-Time Dietary Aide: $500 Sign-on & Retention Bonus

Responsibilities include:

• Safe and sanitary handling of food, dishes, and equipment
• Preparing resident trays according to instructions
• Assisting in stocking food storage areas and refrigerators
• Delivering food, nourishments, and supplies
• Contributing to a respectful, team-oriented environment
• Participating in quality improvement activities (QAPI)
• Maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive Protected Health Information (HIPAA)
• Demonstrating organizational and critical thinking skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and make decisions
• Creating a resident-centered environment
• Reacting decisively and quickly in emergency situations
