• Monitor and maintain inventory of food, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist with tray service, including delivering and collecting trays.
• Perform food quality control checks.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to provide exceptional customer service to residents and families.
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager.
