Francis Marion Manor Health & Rehabilitation in Marion, Virginia, is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide for a part-time role. You will help with meals, tray delivery, and daily cleaning while maintaining confidentiality of residents’ information.

Responsibilities include following policies, assisting in meal service, and supporting the Dietary Manager and Nutritional Services leadership. A High School Diploma is required to qualify for this position.

Dietary Aide Position Summary

As a Dietary Aide at Francis Marion Manor, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Ensure all procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.


• Assist with food tray delivery, cleaning the kitchen, and washing & drying dishes.


• Set up and serve meals, assist in daily cleaning duties as assigned, collect, and distribute menus, and assist in checking dietary trays before distribution to food carts and/or residents.


• Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Dietary Manager and/or VP of Nutritional Services.


• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
