Requirements

What you’ll be doing as a Dietary Aide

• Serve resident meals according to instructions, employing proper food handling techniques
• Deliver food and supplies to all assigned areas
• Clean and sanitize the dining area
• Restock food storage areas and refrigerators
• Wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, and utensils
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and equipment
• Use proper infection control techniques and safety procedures
• Attend and participate in in-service education opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned
