Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to join our caring team. You will help residents with meals, ensuring the right items and dietary needs are met, while keeping temperatures recorded and kitchen areas clean and sanitized. We provide training to the right candidate and offer supportive growth opportunities.

As part of a values-driven team, you will contribute to a high standard of resident care and satisfaction in our Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 10th grade education.
• Prior skilled nursing foodservice experience is preferable, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, ensuring items match dietary needs and preferences.
• Record temperatures and maintain safety and sanitation of kitchen and dietary equipment.

As a Dietary Aide you will assist residents with one of their favorite parts of the day! Your work ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon by ensuring residents receive the appropriate items for each meal in accordance to their dietary needs, ensuring the safety of food and equipment by recording temperatures, and ensuring the kitchen and dietary equipment is clean and sanitized. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a tenth (10th) grade education. Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
