Job summary

CareCore at Lima is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to ensure residents receive nutritious meals in a safe, welcoming environment. On-the-job training is provided, making this a great entry point for those new to the field.

Available schedules include early shifts with a weekend rotation. Responsibilities include assisting with meal prep, serving meals per dietary guidelines, and maintaining kitchen and dining area cleanliness, all while upholding food safety standards and supporting

Qualifications

• Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude.
• Knowledge of modified diets is a plus.
• Previous dietary or food service experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.

This role is essential to ensuring our residents receive nutritious and delicious meals in a safe and welcoming environment.We provide on-the-job training, making this a great opportunity for both experienced professionals and those new to the field.

Available Schedules:

• 5:45am-1:45pm
• 6:30am-2pm
• 2:30pm-9pm
• all schedules include a weekend rotation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal prep and tray service
• Serve meals according to dietary needs and portion guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Support dishwashing and kitchen organization

Requirements:

• Previous dietary or food service experience preferred but not required, we will train!
• Knowledge of modified diets is a plus
• Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays
