Kendal at Lexington, a premier Life Plan Community nestled in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aides to join our Dining Services team.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: Starting at $17.68/Hr.

Position Summary:
As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing a high-quality dining experience for our residents. Responsibilities include assisting with meal preparation, serving meals, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and supporting our residents with kindness and respect.

Responsibilities:

Serve meals to residents in a courteous and timely manner

Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals

Follow sanitation and food safety guidelines

Communicate effectively with team members and residents

Assist in kitchen prep and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required – we provide training!

Friendly, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
