Job summary

Valley View Manor in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Dietary Server to join our team, including every other weekend shifts. The role involves preparing and serving meals, following HACCP procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe dining area for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred.
• Ability to work in a busy environment and take direction well.
• Capable of multitasking and delivering friendly, quality service.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and portions food appropriately for residents.
• Prepares and portions correct amount of food as determined meal tickets
• Plates and serves food.
• Handles and stores food in a safe manner following HACCP standard operating procedures.
• Sanitizes equipment and work area per assigned schedules and designated procedures.
• Wash and sanitize dishes and utensils.
• Preparing all beverages including nectar, honey and pudding thick beverages
• Distributing beverages to residents before meal time
• Cleaning tables and stocking condiments, creamers, sugar etc.
• Performing correct sanitary measures
