Westminster Woods on Julington Creek, a Life Plan Community in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Dietary Aide to join our team. The role covers minor food assembly, tray preparation, food service to residents, and related duties in a warm, resident-focused environment.

This is a part-time position (15-20 hours/week) with 4:00 PM–8:00 PM shifts and Sundays required. New starting wage is $15.75/hour, with benefits including paid time off and opportunities for professional growth within Westminster

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent desired.
• 3 to 6 months experience in a high-volume dining environment or residential clinical dining.
• Customer service skills and understanding of food service methods.

Responsabilités

• Perform table service and customer-focused dining.

• Assist with light cleaning and stocking duties.
• Maintain sanitation logs and ensure food safety standards.

The Dietary Aide performs a variety of duties including minor food assembly, tray assembly, food delivery and service, dish washing and cleaning as assigned by supervisors, assembly of trays and nourishment preparation and deliver, service of food to resident. New Starting Wage of $15.75/hour!

Schedule: Part-Time, 15-20 hours/week, 4p-8p, Sundays required

Dietary Aide Responsibilities

• Perform table service and excellent customer service based on established serving standards and guidelines
• Perform table service in a friendly, caring, professional and timely manner
• Serve the resident's meal according to the meal ticket
• Perform light cleaning and stocking duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Other functions include washing dishes, cutting deserts and preparing items for the next scheduled meal period or day
• Maintain temperature and sanitation logs as assigned by the supervisor

Dietary Aide Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent desired
• 3 to 6 Months experience working in a high-volume dining environment or residential clinical dining environment
• Customer Service skill sets
• Full understanding of food service methods in a high-volume full-service dining environment
• Florida Safe Staff certification required or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of date of hire
