Job summary

Avantara Groton, part of Legacy Healthcare LLC, is seeking a Dietary Aide to support guests’ nutritional needs in a team-oriented hospital setting. You will assist with food preparation, tray service, and meal planning while ensuring dietary regulations are followed and records are accurately kept.

• Assist with menu planning and quality control to ensure the highest standard of nutrition and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of guests' dietary needs, meal intake, and any special requests.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to implement special diets and meal plans as ordered by physicians.
• Perform duties with a focus on quality, safety, and infection control to prevent complications and ensure a safe environment for our guests.
