Greenfield Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is hiring a Dietary Aide for a full-time, in-person role in Greenfield, Ohio. You will support residents with high-quality food service, following dietary guidelines and safety protocols, while maintaining a clean dining area and assisting with inventory and menu development.

The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year dietary experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
