Job summary

HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC (USA) is hiring for a Patient Ambassador at Northeast Georgia Rehab. You will assist patients with menu selections, deliver meals promptly, and provide friendly service in a healthcare setting.

The role is part-time with day/evening/night shifts. Must be 18+, able to pass background checks, and communicate in English. Benefits include medical, dental, 401K, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must maintain good personal hygiene and wear a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients.
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner.
• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times.
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.

Pay Rate: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 16.00 USD

Hourly Work Shift: Job Description We’re looking for friendly, compassionate team players to join our culinary team! As part of the dietary team, assist patients with menu selection and deliver their meals in a timely fashion. Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient is satisfied with their meal.

Job Details

• Patient Ambassador Wage: $16/hour
• Part-time positions available
• Day/Evening/Night shifts available
• Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required
• Location: Northeast Georgia Rehab

Responsibilities

Preferred

• Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare)

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and walking continuously, frequent stooping, and bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
