Job summary

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is seeking a staff member in the Food and Nutrition department to prepare, assemble, and deliver meals to residents with care and courtesy. The role emphasizes teamwork, positive relationships within the department, and adherence to HACCP-based food safety standards.

The position requires the ability to read and follow instructions, recipes, labels, and special diets, with flexibility for weekend, holiday, and other shift coverage as needed.
