Job summary

Village Green Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our care team. This role supports lunch and dinner meal preparation, reviews menus before cooking, and inspects diet trays to ensure residents receive the correct diet.

You will work with health care staff to arrange appropriate nutrition, prepare foods according to standardized recipes and diet orders, and help maintain safe food handling and a clean kitchen and dining area.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for lunch and dinner.
• Review menus prior to preparation of food.
