Job summary

Summerford-Health-and-Rehab-LL is seeking a full-time Dietary Aide to assist the Dietary Manager and Cook in preparing and serving meals to residents/patients. You will assemble meal trays, deliver meals, help with food prep, and keep areas clean and safe in accordance with procedures.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. The role offers benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and a sign-on bonus for full-time employment, with a friendly leadership

Responsibilities

• Assists in assembly of meal trays utilizing the planned menus of physicians' diet orders.
• Delivers meals and nourishments to designated facility locations.
• Assists in the preparation of food items, as directed.
• Completes ware washing and trash disposal.
• Maintains food service equipment and work spaces in a clean and safe condition at all times per facility policies and procedures and applicable regulations.

SUMMARY

Assists the Dietary Manager and Cook in the preparation and service of food to residents / patients.
