Job summary

Paradigm Healthcare in El Campo, TX is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our skilled nursing team. You will set up dining areas, help prepare meals under the dietary manager, and deliver dishes to residents on time.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, the ability to read and follow directions, and a Food Handler certification (ServeSafe preferred). Customer service experience is valued. We offer health insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order.

• Clean food preparation areas, kitchen, dishes, and equipment.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory as directed.
• Ensure food is provided to residents per orders or diet instructions.
