Job summary

Lakeland Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Effingham, IL is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to support meal preparation, service, and cleanup for residents in the nursing center. You will maintain an attractive, sanitary dining area and ensure timely meal delivery.

The ideal candidate has a passion for seniors, is flexible, and possesses at least a high school diploma. Prior LTC dietary experience is preferred; strong communication and professional presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior dietary experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC preferred.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
