Job summary

Highland Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with meal prep, service, and cleanup for residents in a warm, caring environment.

You will maintain a clean dining room, ensure safe meal delivery, and support residents with dignity and respect. Previous LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

What Will You Do in This Role?

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• High school diploma, or equivalent, required
• Prior dietary experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
