Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow dietary guidelines and portion sizes, work with a caring team, and contribute to a positive dining experience for residents.

This role offers hands-on training, benefits, and opportunities for career development. You will help maintain clean dining areas, practice food safety, and interact respectfully with residents, staff, and guests on a daily basis.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food service or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and communicate with staff and residents.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.
• Lift up to 30 pounds, push up to 50 pounds; stand/walk for extended periods.
• Work around food and cleaning products.
• ServSafe or Food Handler certification required by state/county law.
• Residency within the service area required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 30 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required based on State / County law.
• Residency within the service area required
