Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Dietary Aide to support residents in a long-term care facility in Carthage, AR. You will assist with meal preparation, serve meals according to dietary needs, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a willingness to learn, with emphasis on teamwork, customer service, and adherence to food-safety policies. This on-site role offers opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to daily tasks.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 30 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks around food and cleaning products.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required per state/county law.
• Residency within the service area required.
