Job summary

Harmony Dubuque is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support residents during meals and ensure their dietary needs are met with compassion and accuracy. This role emphasizes teamwork with the nursing and kitchen staff to deliver consistent quality meals in a respectful environment.

You will assist with meal service, help maintain safe food handling, record temperatures, monitor portioning, and keep kitchen and dining areas clean and organized, contributing to a high standard of care for our

Qualifications

• As a minimum, a tenth (10th) grade education.
• Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

As a Dietary Aide you will assist residents with one of their favorite parts of the day! Your work ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Dubuque by ensuring residents receive the appropriate items for each meal in accordance to their dietary needs, ensuring the safety of food and equipment by recording temperatures, and ensuring the kitchen and dietary equipment is clean and sanitized. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
