Job summary

National Health Care Associates' Dover Center for Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Dietary Aide to support residents' dietary needs. Shifts are Monday–Friday from 3:30pm to 8:00pm at 307 Plaza Drive, Dover, NH 03820.

You will help with meal preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. You will collaborate with the dietary team to meet dietary requirements, ensure proper portioning and presentation, and provide friendly service that enhances residents’

Qualifications

• Previous dietary or food service experience preferred, but training is provided.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals per menus and dietary requirements.
• Ensure proper portioning, plating, and presentation.
• Maintain kitchen and dining sanitation; assist in stocking.
• Collaborate with dietary team to accommodate special needs; provide friendly service.

What You'll Do:

• We need a Dietary Aide for Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 8pm**

As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents' dietary needs by assisting with meal preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Your dedication will directly impact the quality of life for those in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and serving meals following specified menus and dietary requirements
• Ensure proper portioning, plating, and presentation of meals
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas Assist in stocking and organizing food and supplies
• Collaborate with the dietary team to accommodate special dietary needs Provide friendly and attentive service to residents during meal times

Rate of Pay

Up to USD $16.00/Hr.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of a Dietary Aide include:

• Previous experience in a dietary or food service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
