Job summary

National Health Care Associates' Dover Center for Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Dietary Aide for Monday–Friday 3:30pm–8pm to support residents' dietary needs through meal preparation, service, and keeping dining areas clean.

You will join a compassionate team in a Great Place to Work environment, with training provided, opportunities for growth, and a competitive compensation package up to $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in dietary or food service preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals according to menus and dietary requirements.
• Ensure proper portioning, plating, and presentation of meals.

What You’ll Do

• We need a Dietary Aide for Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 8pm

As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents' dietary needs by assisting with meal preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Your dedication will directly impact the quality of life for those in our care.
