Bethany Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a Dietery Aide to assist with meal preparation, service, and cleanup for residents in our nursing center. You will help maintain a clean, attractive dining room and ensure smooth meal delivery to residents.

The role emphasizes a compassionate, professional image, strong communication, and flexibility to support seniors in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior dietary experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve and clean up meals for residents in the nursing center.
• Maintain an attractive and sanitary dining room, meal service, and delivery.
